Wedding packages include the following:



  • Outdoor ceremony site underneath our oak canopied lawn with white garden chairs overlooking two-acre pond and Victorian gazebo.
  • Reception in open-air Stampede Party Barn complete with crystal chandeliers, muslin draped rafters, and vintage décor.
  • Five hours of venue time. All events must conclude no later than 11:30 PM. Additional access to Stampede Party Barn is allowed on Thursday and Friday prior to the wedding.
  • Venue capacity is 200 guests.
  • Exclusive use of property for engagement and bridal photos.
  • Use of 1939 Ford truck for photographs.
  • Separate availability of Texan Patio, Bar & Grill to host Rehearsal Dinner (not included).

Honeymoon Hacienda

  • Private honeymoon suite featuring full living quarters with Southwest style décor.
  • Amenities include flat screen TVs, fireplace, luxury robes, and gourmet coffees/teas.
  • Stocked refrigerator for your made-to-cook breakfast the morning after your perfect day!

Planning & Coordination

  • Personal design concept from start to finish.
  • Professional planner and designer/stylist.
  • Three planning meetings include: Initial Concept Meeting, Two-Month Out Meeting, and Final Detail Meeting. Meetings are held on Mondays.
  • Directed rehearsal of your ceremony the day prior to your wedding.
  • Bridal suite includes private dressing area featuring stained glass window and fireplace. Hospitality tray with food and beverages will be served by Bauer Ranch staff who will attend to your personal needs two hours prior to the ceremony. Bridesmaids make final preparations in the Blue Bird Suite and the Rabbits & Roses Suite.
  • The waiting area for the Groom and his wedding party takes place in the Bauer Ranch Hunt Room. Wildlife mounts, large screen TV and hospitality tray with beverage service are all a part of the one-hour experience prior to the ceremony.
  • Unlimited phone, text or email communication.



  • 60” round tables and chairs in Stampede Party Barn with adjacent tent.
  • White floor length table linens.
  • Draped cake table with cake plateau of your choice and champagne bucket.
  • Professional staff to cut/serve both bride and groom’s cake.
  • Rustic décor includes lantern-lined wall, antique props, and staging area for photos/favors.
  • Portrait and tabletop easels to display your photographs.
  • Outdoor fire pit with seating for guests.
  • Professional disc jockey who will emcee and play customized playlist.
  • Choice of ribbon wands or sparkler for couple’s send-off.


Food & Beverage

  • Catering by award winning chef. Food and beverage menus available.

  • Bride and Groom’s cake by award winning cake designer with private tasting.
